Is my brand a good fit for Flockity?

Any brand who cares about their employer brand presence, has open jobs or needs to stand out in a crowded space (hello FinTech! Software Engineering anyone?) can take advantage of Flockity.

We excel with white-collar roles, including product management, engineering of all flavors, finance and accounting, operations and management, sales and account management, among many other job types. We've also managed campaigns for skilled roles in transportation, logistics, and healthcare (nursing and other clinical roles).

Bottom line–we are always willing to explore an industry or vertical and will give you our honest feedback on expected performance. Let’s test and learn together!

What kind of ROI can I expect from Flockity? That depends on how and what you measure as success and what products you engage with. If you share your jobs with us, we will elevate your brand awareness with a net-new audience and drive applicants to your roles. If your call to action is softer (i.e., light data capture for remarketing) or simply a brand play, those metrics might look different.

Why does my budget need to be pre-paid? To keep things authentic, honest, and simple, we allow our influencers to ‘cash out’ their bank at any time. To do this, it is important that campaigns are funded upfront so our influencers can be compensated in near real-time if they wish for the traffic they drive to your jobs.

How do I know that Flockity’s influencers won’t be a detriment to my brand? We vet every one of our influencers before they join the Flock, and they must abide by Flockity’s terms of service at all times. They might not even mention the name of your company in their post. Their creativity and credibility are what their social presence is built on, so trust us – it works best when you trust them!

Can I pick which influencers promote my jobs? With Flockity+ you can choose up to three creators per quarter for bespoke, commissioned videos. There is a minimum investment and is only part of the Flockity+ offering.

Where do creators post Flockity jobs? Any public social profile! At the moment, our creators are posting to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Can I pick which jobs influencers promote for my company? You can customize your feed to include or exclude specific jobs, locations, or categories, but any job that is in the feed is available to our influencers to pick up and promote.
