What kind of ROI can I expect from Flockity?
That depends on how and what you measure as success, and what products you engage with. If you share your jobs with us, we expect that we will not only elevate your brand awareness with a net new audience, but also drive applicants to your roles. If your call to action is softer (i.e., light data capture for remarketing) or simply a brand play, those metrics might look different.
How do I know that Flockity’s influencers won’t be a detriment to my brand?
We vet every one of our influencers prior to them joining the Flock, and they must abide by Flockity’s terms of service at all times with no exception. They might not even mention the name of your company in their post. Their creativity and credibility is what their social presence is built on, so trust us – it works best when you trust them!
Can I pick which influencers promote my jobs?
Short answer: no. Flockity allows influencers to match with brands based on their content themes and following. We trust them to choose roles that reflect their content and resonate with their followers. Influencers are paid for the traffic they drive, so they are incentivized to choose jobs that their followers will want to learn more about.
Can I pick which jobs influencers promote for my company?
You can customize your feed to include or exclude specific jobs, locations or categories, but any job that is in the feed is available to our influencers to pick up and promote.
How do I get started?
Very easily! Give us an idea of the roles and locations you have, (or brand content you wish to promote) and we will provide you with a budget recommendation. If you like what we’ve proposed, then you’ll send us your job feed or brand content, IO/PO#, (if applicable) and pre-payment (via a secure link we will send). From there, the Flock takes flight!
Why does my budget need to be pre-paid?
To keep things authentic, honest, and simple. We allow our influencers to ‘cash out’ their bank at any time. To do this, it is important that campaigns are funded upfront so our influencers can be compensated in near real-time if they wish for the traffic they drive to your jobs.
Do you need anything special for a job feed?
A standard XML feed with fields such as job title, job description, location, category, etc. is all we need. Flockity accepts tracking as well; please feel free to include that in your feed or send under separate cover for us to append. Our technical team will test your feed upon receipt and then we are ready to roll!
Do you offer agency commission?
Yes! Qualified agencies and partners receive the standard 15% commission.
For Influencers
Is this legit?
Yes. We know it sounds too good to be true, but we promise it’s real. Influencer, aka affiliate, aka creator marketing is a new tactic in the job advertising space (thanks to Flockity!), but it’s actually a very well-established and effective tactic in consumer and B2B marketing. If you’ve ever seen a YouTube video or TikTok where the creator directs you to a link in their bio to buy a product or service, you’ve seen it in action.
How and when will I get paid?
In the spirit of simplicity and transparency, you’ll be able to ‘cash out’ the money you’ve earned from our platform securely to your bank account via PayPal. You can do so as soon as you’ve earned $10. You should see your payment within 24 hours. Most times, it’s within the hour. For tax purposes, it’s the same type of taxable income as with any 1099 freelance or independent contractor job.
What could I expect from a share?
It varies but on average, our influencers are making between $300-$1,000/month. Of course, the bigger the network, the bigger the payout.
How much do companies actually spend on job advertising?
The recruitment advertising industry is a $32 billion space. Companies spend millions each year to advertise their jobs. They spend on job boards, search engines, social media, and so on. The spend is huge and Flockity aims to redistribute that to creators like you.
What companies are participating? Can I pick which jobs I share?
You’ll be matched with a list of jobs based on the type of content you make, and from there it’s up to you which jobs you choose to share. The companies sharing jobs with Flockity right now span lots of different industries, including healthcare, travel, tech, manufacturing, finance, and more.
Where can I post about Flockity jobs?
Any public social profile! At the moment, our creators are posting to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
How do I share the link?
It depends where you’re posting. If it’s somewhere like LinkedIn where you can put it in the caption, that works. If it’s TikTok or Instagram, you’ll want to use a link-in-bio tool like LinkTree (or our proprietary tool, Linkity!).
Can I click on my own link?
Of course you can, but you won’t be paid for that click. Check out our terms of service for more on this.
