This will depend on how and what you measure as success, and what products you engage with.  If you send us jobs, we expect that we will not only elevate your brand to a potential net new audience, but that we will also drive qualified applicants to your roles. If your call to action is softer (i.e. light data capture for remarketing) or simply a brand play, those metrics might look different.

Flockity vets our influencers prior to them joining the Flock as well as when they are actively promoting or engaging with client content.  Influencers must abide by Flockity’s terms and conditions at all times with no exception.  Their reputation is everything and so is ours!

Flockity trusts our influencers to choose roles and brands that reflect their content, values and that will resonate with their followers.  Influencers are paid for clicks, so it only makes sense they will choose jobs that their followers will want to learn more about.

Flockity does not gate or limit the amount of clicks an influencer can drive to a job or brand, as long as they are operating within our terms and conditions.

You can customize your feed and include or exclude specific jobs, locations or categories -  but any job that is in the feed is available to our full suite of influencers to pick up and promote.

If you like what we’ve proposed, then send us your  job feed/brand content, IO/PO# (if applicable) and prepayment (via a secure link we will send).  From there, we are ready to go!!

To keep things authentic, honest and simple - we allow our influencers to ‘cash out’ their bank at any time. To do this, it is important that campaigns are funded upfront so our influencers can be compensated in near real-time if they wish.

A standard XML feed with fields such as job title, job description, location, category, etc. is all we need.  Flockity accepts tracking as well, please feel free to include that in your feed. Our technical team will test your feed upon receipt and then we are ready to roll!
